POLICY & SHIPPING
- No refunds, exchanges, and/or return. All sales are final.
- No canceling or modifying orders. Once your order comes through we can not make any changes.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Please put your correct address at checkout. If packages are returned due to incorrect address at checkout, you will be charged $5 reshipping fee. If your package was mis-delivered due to incorrect address at checkout we are not responsible.
- US Shipping takes about 2-3 days to process. Once it has left our possession and shipped via USPS, it takes about 3-5 days to deliver according to USPS. We cannot control any delays once it has left our possession.
- International Shipping It takes about 2-3 days to process. Once it has left our possession and shipped via USPS, it takes 6-10 business days for priority according to USPS. For first class it could vary. We cannot control any delays ones it has left our possession.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.

- Business hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5am & Friday 8am-12pm. We are closed on major holidays.
- Pre-orders: if your order contains a preorder item it will be shipped all together, not separate.
- Texas Based: All order are shipped from Texas.
